Surrender…When?
How many times have you placed your intentions in your virtual or physical surrender box and wondered, When is this going to happen? How long am I going to have to wait?
Our human/ego tendency is to want everything now or yesterday! As human beings we want to know…
When will my prayers be answered? When will it happen? What day? What time?
When will I be … thin, rich, happy, healthy, content, peaceful?
When will I have … my soul mate, time, money, a vacation, a house or the right job?
When will they … get it, love me, respect me, listen to me, communicate with me,
When will everything with this virus come to an end?
Do you recognize this aspect of yourself that wants and questions? That is impatient? That is not living in the moment? Could this be the ego personality?
One of the questions I was asked … With our Surrender Box, do we keep adding the same desires and things we want to surrender? What is the process if they haven’t arrived or changed yet?
My response…
If you are holding fear, worry, or doubt around your intentions, keep surrendering them into the box. Remember to ask for a divine resolution, a divine outcome, divine healing, and divine miracles to unfold. You must trust in divine timing. The ego wants it now, but the Divine knows the outcome for your highest and best and the highest and best of all. The Divine knows what’s best and when.

Trust…In Divine Timing
When you surrender, you must trust the Divine. Every day on this journey you are being nudged and encouraged to surrender and to trust. They go hand-in-hand. Your divine family is working behind the scenes to build trust with you. They give you signs, clues, synchronicities, and messages to reassure you, especially when you think your prayers are going unanswered.
Over these 40 days of transformation my wish and the Divine’s wish for you, is the gift to trust more in the power of surrender and letting go. As you bring awareness and choose to let go of the ego’s masks and tendencies, you can listen and follow the loving guidance of the Divine and your soul, which is – God itself.
The soul, your spiritual helpers, and Source, knows your highest and best and the divine timing of your prayers and requests.
Trust in the bigger picture even though you may not be able to understand it yet. There may be a higher plan unfolding because…
- Notice the mind chatter. What is the mind rambling about?
- Take a couple of deep breaths. When you breathe you create space between you and the mind chatter.
- Step back and become the witness. You are the one watching the mind chatter. There it goes again. See it for what it is, just chatter, rambling of the ego.
- Breathe into your heart center.
- If the mind chatter starts up again, you can see it for what it is. Breathe back into your center.
Your ego will continue to ask … when? Your soul will trust and patiently wait for the highest and best of all, better than you can imagine, to be revealed. Is it worth the wait?
Stay strong as you continue to use your Surrender Box. Remember the key intentions in the prayer below and know, your prayers are always heard and always divinely answered …
“As I release it with faith and trust, I ask that you show me, lead me, and guide me, as I ask for: divine healing, a divine resolution, a divine outcome, and for divine miracles to unfold. As I let go and offer it up completely, I invite an outcome better than I could imagine for the greatest good of all concerned. And so it is.”
