When do I get access to the portal?
You get portal access right after you register. You will receive an automatic email with your username and password.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the services and trainings provided, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances for any memberships. By purchasing a membership you understand that you will not be eligible for a refund. If you don’t cancel 3 days prior to your billing date, your cancellation may not be effective until the next billing cycle.
There are no refunds for annual memberships.
