Surrender Into…The Oneness of Light and Love
Love is the bridge between you and everything ~Rumi
You did it! It’s day forty. Pause and give yourself a pat on the back and a big hug. You persevered one day at a time. You chose self-reflection and you chose to heal. You opened yourself up and you were willing to trust. You let go, you surrendered, and you opened in prayer to an unseen force of love. Nobody else, not even the Divine, could choose this for you. You have free will and free choice in this lifetime and it’s a gift from your Creator. You had to be the one to make the choice to complete this journey. Congratulate yourself and know the Divine is celebrating you today.
It takes courage to look inside yourself and to be honest with yourself. Especially when you gaze through the lens of your life, realizing that it is time to let go of what no longer serves you.
I hope your experience with surrender and trust has taught you …
- Letting go is easier than holding on and when you hold it means you are in fear.
- Surrender is not about giving up. It’s about letting go so you can open to Divine grace.
- You don’t have to walk alone on this journey. You have a Divine family supporting you in unconditional love and you can always ask for help.
- Your virtual or physical surrender box can continue to be a powerful tool to invite and allow Divine support to be received.
- All is in Divine order and unfolding in Divine perfection for you and everyone else.
- The only moment is the present moment.
- Your breath is your Spirit. Your breath is oneness. Your breath can guide you within to your sacred center. Here you can rest in the seat of your soul where all is revealed.
- You are a Divine being of love created in the image and likeness of God Himself.
- You are waking up from a long dream bringing light to the illusions of the ego-centered self. You are remembering the truth – who you are has never changed and could never change. Who you are is one and the same as your Creator. You always have been and you will always be. Your purpose is to wake up and BE the Divine expression of God Itself here on Earth.
This journey is a tool your soul delivered to you. Your soul and your Creator (which are one and the same) is asking you to wake up and remember who you are. It’s time to heal. You are coming to the end of a very long journey. It’s time to lift the veil of illusion – you are not separate from the Divine.
I feel it’s important to share this with you. I felt a big shift the other day when we were asked to stop fighting the ego and to call it back “home.” The analogy of the shadow was given, and we were asked to see the ego as a shadow being embraced, loved, and illuminated by the light of our soul. I knew I had to research more about shadows. This is what I found: “Whenever light is not able to go through an object, it creates a dark area around the object. This patch where the light cannot reach is called a shadow.”
What if our ego is that part of us that drifted so far away from the soul that it got lost in its own shadow. It couldn’t remember that in the beginning, it was the light? Did the ego create its own persona because it got lost in the dream of forgetfulness? It’s not bad. It just lost trying to find its way back home to the light.
This is all a part of the awakening from the dream – to remember that we are the light and we always have been. Ask for the courage to know the truth and be willing to surrender completely so you can return home to the oneness of light and love.

Trust…Love is Everywhere
When I connect with the Divine and I surrender into oneness, I know and feel this to be true – love is everywhere. The question is, when will we wake up and remember – love is all there is?
While so much suffering is going on in our world, how can we trust that love is all there is? How can we feel it, experience it, and believe that love is at the essence of every living thing? How can we believe that this chaos is all part of a Divine plan? And most importantly, how can we heal this troubled world?
The answer starts with you – You must choose to wake up and remember you are love.
Continue to shine the light of awareness and choose to heal.
Continue to shine the light upon all shadows of darkness.
Continue to surrender into Divine oneness and ask for help, support, and guidance.
Continue to hold the light and be the change you seek.
Continue to witness everything through the eyes of love – love yourself, love others, love the Divine, love God’s creation as God loves you – unconditionally.
Continue to trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be and so is everyone else.
Hold the vision that all will remember and return home to the oneness of love. This is what you can do. And know, this is not the end of this journey. The journey continues to unfold in every moment as you live it forward. Choose to live it in love.
I close with gratitude for you –
We have been on this journey together for the past forty days. I thank you for trusting me. My pure intention was to support you in receiving your highest and best, better than you could imagine, as you awaken and remember the truth of who you are.
Thank you for co-creating. We did this together with the help of the Divine. Remember the saying, when two or more gather in the name of love (Spirit), miracles happen.
I want to thank God for answering my prayer – to use me for a purpose greater than I know myself.
As we complete this journey, I surrender you up to the Divine. I surrender and let go trusting that you’ve received your highest and best during this journey. Now, it’s up to you to live it forward. I ask the Divine to guide you and watch over you, every step of the way. I pray that your highest and best and the highest and best of all will continue to unfold. And so it is.
