I was once living my life in a way that may be similar to you… not sure of my own needs and wants, type A personality, busy proving myself, hiding, numbing and denying my feelings and desires. Then I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. At the time I was 34 with a one year old son and a four year old daughter. This difficulty led me on a life-changing journey to figure out, “What do I really really even want?”
After searching for resources, I didn’t find any advice that made a huge difference. So, I was led to create my own tools. Step by step, I transformed from being stuck and unhappy to waking up every day feeling even more fulfilled, loved, and inspired than I could have ever imagined was possible.

How long is the membership?
This is a monthly program with no long-term commitment. You can stay as long as you want. If you’re serious about creating what you want and would like support on an ongoing basis, the best choice is the year-long commitment. You get the best savings when you pay in full for the year and you’ll be able to access more video material as it’s released monthly.
When are the live sessions?
The live sessions take place the second Tuesday of the month at 7pm ET. If you can’t make it, don’t worry! They are recorded and made available in the portal within a few business days. You can also ask me questions ahead of time. The sessions take place on Zoom?
What if I can’t make a session?
If you can’t make a session, don’t worry! They are all recorded and uploaded into the portal within a few business days. For coaching sessions, you’re also welcome to email me your questions prior to the session – and I’ll try and answer it in the session. You will also be getting support from me and fellow community members in our Facebook Group.
How do you hold the live sessions?
Live sessions are held via Zoom. 2 days prior to each call, you will receive an email with all the necessary instructions, the Zoom link and password. If you’ve not used Zoom before, it’s very easy … but you can always click here to watch a short tutorial video.
When do I get access to the portal?
You get portal access right after you enroll. You will receive an automatic email with your username and password.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the services and trainings provided, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances for monthly or annual memberships. By purchasing a membership you understand that you will not be eligible for a refund. You may cancel your membership anytime by going to My Subscriptions in the portal, where you can cancel your monthly subscription any time. If you don’t cancel 3 days prior to your billing date, your cancellation may not be effective until the next billing cycle.
There are no refunds for annual memberships.
